Delivery times

If the goods are available in the store, we ship them the same or next business day. Otherwise, delivery takes 1-3 business days (excluding islands) for Croatia. EU up to 7 business days. Rest of the world up to 4 weeks.

If you need to order an item through a manufacturer, it can take from 3 to 30 days, depending on the brand and their stock status.

Delivery and delivery price

Worldwide shipping is free for purchases over €100.

If the purchase is less than €100, shipping will be charged subsequently depending on the weight and size of the item, and is defined during the order creation process.

Sending packages to the EU and the rest of the world

For sending packages to the EU and the rest of the world, shipping is free for amounts over €100.

Delivery time for packages to the EU is up to 7 business days.

Delivery time for America or Australia is up to 4 weeks. (In practice, they have been shown to arrive within 2 weeks)

Is it possible to exchange the item?

Exchange of the item is possible within 14 days of receipt if the item is not damaged or used. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you.

Spare parts after purchase

Most spare parts can be ordered from the supplier, but we cannot guarantee that all of them will be available. Spare parts for some glasses are available for more than 5 years, while for some only 6 months, depending on the manufacturer.
